J TUDOR CONSULTING, originally set up by Jason Tudor in 2016, is a strategic advisory and expert consulting firm that provides expert testimony, regulatory & dispute consulting services and risk advisory services to corporations & trading companies, financial institutions, exchanges and law firms.

Jason is a senior business leader with 30+ years of global sales & trading, risk and regulatory experience. He has a proven track record in execution and business transformation within a complex and evolving regulatory landscape.

Jason created and restructured a number of business lines at Citigroup, Nomura, Lehman Brothers and Barclays, adding many hundreds of millions of dollars to annual revenues. He built a number of innovative electronic trading and ETP (exchange-traded product) programmes.

Jason started his career at a trading company, Metallgesellschaft Ltd. (now part of JP Morgan), where he was appointed to the Board at the age of 29. He received an MA in Engineering and Management Studies from the University of Cambridge, England.
